2. Having r egard to the nature of lis involved in the Writ Petition and tlr: manner of disposal, this Court is of the view that noticc to uncfli,:ial respondents is not necessary for adju,lication of the prcsent Vr/ r'it Pctition.
3. The casr: of the petitioner, in brief, is that there are inter se civil disputr:s l;,--tu,een the petitioner and the unofhcial rer;pondents in respect c,f tlr,: property admeasuring Acres 3.O0 guntas in survey No.277 lA sLtuated at Alampally Revenue Village. 'r'ikarabad Municipalitl', v ikarabad District; that in respect of the aforesaid property a civrl suit ulde O.S.No.145 of 2022 is pending ,rn the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Vikarabad, wherein an order of injunction has becn granted uide order dt. I 1.1 1.2024 in IA.No. 186 ol 2022; ani t 1at in spite of the aforesaid injunction c,rder is in operation, th,r,,.respondents-authoritres, 1n Particular the 4tr' ) respondent-authorities, are interlering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, which action it is contended as highly illegal and arbitrary.

Per contro.,learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents would submit that the petitioner had approached this Court earlier by hling a writ petition uide W.P.No.8885 of 2024 alleging inaction on the part of respondents- authorities in registering a case based on his complaint, dt.21.O1.2024; that this Court by order, dt.22.04.2024' L'Lad disposed of the aforesaid writ petition noting therein that the authorities on receiving the aforesaid complaint made by the petitioner, had made a General Diary entry and caused prelirriinary enquiry; and that after the preliminary enquiry conducted, the authorities noting the subject dispute as civil in nature, closed the enquiry on 27 .0L.2024, duly informing the petitioner of the same. Learned Government Pleader further submits that except for 5. the purpose of causing preliminary enquiry into the compiaint made by the petitioner, the respondents-authorities never interfered in the civil dispute, more particularly in relation to the aforesaid property. :\ i 3
6. The aforr's;aid submission made by the learned Go'rernment Pleader is tak,:rr on record.

In vieu, of the aforesaid specific assertion made on behalf of the respondent s-authorities that the authorities are not il rterfering in the civil disrputes, this Court is of the view that the respondents- authorities are to be directed not to involve themselver; in civil disputes and in the event of any complaint being rrrade, the authorities shall act strictly in accordance with law.
8. Subject tc the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
