2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and perused the record.

3. It is stated that the petitioner hails from a poor family and his daughter namely. Katari Shirisha, aged about 23 years 2 expired due to hit by Thunderbolt'on 01.05.20121. It is further stated that thr: Government has issued G.O.Ms.No.2, Revenue (D.M-I) Department, dated 19.O7.2O18 for sanction of ex gratia to the families of the deceased person who died due to Thunderbolt and in terms of the said G.O, the petitioner has approached the respondent aut.horities for sanction of ex gratia but till <late, his case has not been considered by the respondent authorities

4. karned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Government has sanctioned compensation to similarll' placed persons, through G.O.Rt.No. 15, Revenue (D.M I) Department, dated I8.O9 .2019 , and he relied upon the order dated O3.O2.2O25 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in I W.P.No.1341 o1'2025 and submitted that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid order.

5. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice wou [d be met if the respondents .re directed to examine the ca.se of the petitioner for sanction of ex gratia in terms of the G.O.Ms.No.2, Revenue (D.M-I) Departrirent, dated

19.O7.2OlA and G.O.Rt.No. 15, Revenue (D.N-l) Department, dated 18.O9.2O19, and if the petitioner is entitled for sanction of ex-gratia, consider his case and pay the compensation in terms *7 ,/ To, J of the said G.Os. If the petitioner is otherwise not entitled, pass a reasoned order within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner
