26.11.2024 submitted by the petitioner seeking for conducting survey and demarcation of the land to an extent of Ac.O.24 guntas in Sy.No.263/E, situated at Epuru Village, Chityala Mandai, Nalgonda District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently prayed for other appropriate reliefs.

It is stated that the petitioner is the pattadar and possessor of the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.O.24 guntas in Sy.No.263/ E, situated at Epuru Village, Chityala Mandal, Nalgonda District. It is further stated that the name of the petitioner was reflected in all the revenue records as pattadar and the revenue iuthorities also issued e-pattadar pass book bearing No.T28O6OO31427 uide Khata No.6O6O 1 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O. It is further stated that when the neighbouring land owners have started disturbing the boundaries of lhe subject land the petitioner had submitted F-Line application, dated 26. 1 1.2024 to respondent Nos.S and 6, by paying requisite fee to conduct survey of the 2 CVBR. It is sct-led 1aw that the Survey Departmettt has the authority t, , corduct survey and demarcate lands in accordance 3 CVBR, J Wp 6814 2O25 with the provisions of the Teiangana Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasli (Act No. VIII of 1317 Fasli), the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, and the Rules framed thereunder. The Government has issued various circulars specifying the conditions for conducting surveys, particularly F-Line (he1d measurement) surveys. Individuals requesting such surveys are required to submit specific documents, and if the conditions stipulated in the circulars are fulhlled, the survey and boundary irxation may be conducted. The Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, exercising powers under the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, issued relevant circulars from time vide Rc.No.N1/6543/99, dated 25.07.2OO1, Rc.No.Nl/ 1408/07, dated

13.07.2OO7, and Rc.No.N2l 1741/2OLO, dated 18.O5.2O1O stipulating the conditions for conducting survey ol private lands and as per the said circulars, if the petitioner fulfils all the conditions of the said circular, it is an obligation for the respondents to conduct survey within the time specified in the said circulars.

In view of the aforesaid discussion, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing respondents Nos.S and 6 to examine the petitioner's F-Line application urde No.DtrRO224O 1112487, dated 26.11.2024 submitted lor f I 4 CVBR, J \\rp- 6814 2025 conductintg surl'cy and demarcation by fixing boundaly stones to the petitioner':, land to an extent of Ac.O.24 €+rntas S1'.
