2. Heard Mr.C.R.Sukumar, Iearned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Finance appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondent No.2.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.07.2024 and till now, her retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.
4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining I I to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries. 5, Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release the Commutation bill amount of Rs.18,34,910/- with CPO No.76-000749/CV (Token No. 2523205332 (Rs.11,94,602/-) for Composite Share and Token No.2523205341 (Rs.6,40,308/-) for Telangana Share), Encashment of Earned/Flalf Pay Leave amount of Rs.11,20,069/- with Token No.2523214811, dated 79.11.2024, Gratuity amount of Rs.16,00,000/- vide GPO No.76-0007/RG (Token No.2523205306 (Rs 10,41,666) for Composite Share and Token No'2523205319 (Rs.5,58,334) for Telangana Share), Provident Fund amount of Rs.9,10,793 with Token No.2522875786, dated 08.10.2024, pertalning tr: the petitioner, as expeditiously as possib'e, preferably within a peric,d of ten (10) weeks from the date oF recoipt of a copy of this order.
