Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Horne placed on record the written instructions dated 06.03'2025 and submifred that on complaints daled 24.01 .2025 and 22.02'2025 lodged by respondent No.6,twocrimesi.e.,FlRNo.94of2025(underSections324(4)and 329 (3) BNS) and FlR.No 185 ot 2025 (under Sections 329 (3)' 352 ; i I I 2 and 324(4) BNS) were registered in connection with the subject property and invesligation was taken up. As a part of investigation, the lnvestigation Officer visited the subject lands. The allegation that respondent Nos.3 to 5 are interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the subject lands is denied. A copy of the written instructions is served on the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4. ln view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed and the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. lf the petitioners have any further grievance, they are at liberty to approach this Cou( seeking modification of this order.
