It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Acs'362'33 guntas' situated in Sy.Nos.45, 89 and 111 of Malkapuram Village' Choutuppal Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District' It is further stated that all the revenue records depicted the nature of lands as patta lands and the name of petitioner's ancestors was recorded as pattadar. It is further stated that the petitioner has made various representations from the year 2O 14 sanction of Pouthi lzafa arld consequential amendment of the revenue records and issuance of pattadar pass book under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, l97 l (for short "the ROR Act, l97l"l and the Rules made thereunder- The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the said representations, the respondent .seeking a authorities did not consider the same.

3. Sri E.ltrladan Mohan Rao, learned Senior (lounsel, representing firi M. Srinivas, learned counsel for the pc:titioner, has submitte,l that when the representations mad(t by the petitioner have not been considered in terms of the ROR Act, 1971, the pctil_ioner was constrained to hle W.p_No.,3 7644 of 2O15 and this Court while disposing of the said writ perition on

I-earned Senior Counsel further submitted that even after the directions issued by this; Court, respondent No.3 did not consirler the petitioner's application by passing appropriate order. 4."' - S this Court specifically directed the respondents therein to consider the petitioner,s application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the provisions of the ROR Act, 1971. Learned Assistant Government pleader further submits that the ROR Act, 1971 has been repealed and replaced with the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O,,1, wherein a procedure has been prescribed for making appropriate application in Dharani Wgb Portal for granting succession / po uthi lzafa and consequential mutation and issuance of pattadar pass books and the petitioner has not suLrmitted the appropriate online a.pplication in Dharani Web portal so as to enable the respondent authorities to consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petrtron, permitting the petitioner to make appropriate online application in Dharani Web Portal in terms of the provisions of the Act 9 o[ 2O2O and. also the circular instructions issued by CCLA within a period of two (02) weeks from today and on such application being submitted, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate reasoned orders and 4 CVBR.
