06.O4.2O2 L , directed thc Joint Collector, Jangaon, to forward the Revision Case No.1567 of 2OI7, which was preferred against the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer in File No ll71212016, dated 01.06.2017, to the Special Tribunal, Jangaon District, constituted under the provisions of the Tclangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O. Dcspite issuing the directions in W.P.No,829 | of 2O2I, rhe respondents have not disposed of the appeal even after lapse of two years from the initial orders and the said action on the part of respondents amounts to sheer negligence and dereliction of duties in irnplementation of the Court orders. To curb indifferent .11 ) attitude in implementation of the f-ourt orders, this Court constrained to exercise its powers to initiate suo motu contempt proceedings against the respondents and the salne was taken cogrrizalce as Suo Motu Contempt Case No. 1of2025 by the Tribunal has Learned Assistalt Government pleader for Revenue appearing for tJle respondents in Contempt Case has placed on record the letter addressed by the District Co.llector, Jangaon District uide Rc.No.Ea /Aa3/2025, 18.03.2025 and also enclosed the orders passed Special Tribunal in Case No.E3/ lBZg/2021, 14.03.2025, wherein the r'evision case liled by the petitioner was disposed of. It is furttrer stated that the Special conducted enquiry in terms of the orders passed by this Court on O2.12.2024, but however to decide the Jrb, conducting of survey of subject lands was necessary for proper and effective adjudication of the case and as such directed the surveyor to submit a report arrd there was a delay on the part of the surveyor for subrnitting the report, in terms of the directions issued by the Special Tribunal and the delay was caused only because of non_ furnishing of the report by the Mandal Surveyor in time to comply the orders of this Court. It is stated that there is no a:.? 3 willful or deliberate violation on the part of the respondents in imprementing the orders passed by this court and the delay was caused only due to technical reasons for non- furnishing of the Survey Report. Taking into consideration of aforesaid facts and as the Spe<;ial Tribunal has passed orders dated 14.Og.2O25, suo-moh) contempt case is closed and the writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are necessary.
