Ravi Kiran, tearned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Energy, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, and Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counset for TGSPDCL, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5.

The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue writ, order, direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not accepting the application for electricity connection to the petitioner building premises bearing Plot No.136/C, in Sy. No. 5/3, Nandi Hills, Serlingampally, (M), Raidurg Panmakhta village, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and consequently direct the Respondents to receive the application for the electricity connections and release power supply with required meters without any further delay and pass... ".

3. It is represented by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing .ffiffiit*- 2 SN. J wP 6738 2025 for respondent Nos.2 to 5, that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated

Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5 submits that the petitioner had not filed any application to the respondents duly enclosing all the requisite documents pertaining to the subject property and therefore, there is no inaction on the part of the respondents as alleged by the petitioner. fne tearned Standing Counsel further submits that upon the petitioner making an online application with all the required documents properly as mandated under the rules, the same would be considered in accordance to law, by the respondent Nos.2 to 5 within a reasonable period. 5, The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not dispute the said submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to
