Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the present writ petitioner declaring the action of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not taking any action against respondent No.6 for running chit business without any valid license and va-lid permission from the concerned authorities, being a Government employee i.e., Headmaster of ZPHS, Tharapalli Village of Kalva Srirampur Mandal, Peddapalli District, Karimnagar and further declaring the action of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 in not taking any action against respondent No.6 in cheating the petitioner -*t : I I I I ! Learned Assistant Go-rernment p r ad<;r for Schocl Education, basing on the counter.ali.davit. filed by respondent No.2, submits that the resporrrlent authorities after examining the report of the Inspcctor of police, Jammikunta and the letter addressed br the respondent No.2 and in exercise of powers conferred blr sub-rule (1)(clof Rule 8 of CCA Rules, 199 l, placed the r:spondent No.6 under suslrension uide Rc.No.783/1,,, l2Ot2S, dated 12.03.2025 and the disciplinary proceed r gs are pending against respondent No.6, therefore, the (, use in the writ petition does not survive and no further orrlers are required 3 to be passed in this matter, therefore, requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education
5. Recording the aforementioned submissions made by either side, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
