VEIru(X)PAT ' CRIMINAL PETITION No.1968 of 2OL9' ORDER: This Crimina-l Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the ' petitioner/ accused No.4, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.664 of 2Ol3 on the file of the Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate for the offences under Sections 406, 407, 415 to 420 and 120-Et read with Section 34 of IPC and Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the subject matter in this case is investigated by the respondent police and charge sheet has been laid, hence seeks to dismiss this criminal petition as infructuous. r) )
