District and Sessions Judge, Aditabad Sri Mohammad Babu, Manager for the Respondent No.2-lnsurance Company has appeared before the Lok Adatat and represented that the Appetlant/Petitioner/Ctaimant has appeared and identified before the District Legat Services Authority, Aditabad. It is reported by the Respondent No.Z-lnsurance Company that during the pendency of this Appeal, both the parties have ;nutuatty entered into a compromise and settted the matter. ln pursuance of the settlement, the Apgettant/Petitioner/Ctaimant has ;,greed to receive an amount of Rs- 80,000/. (Rupees Eighty thousand onty) towards futt and final setttement of his ctaim apart from the amount atready deposited and the lnsurance Company has agreed to pay the same towards futt and finat setttement of the ctaim. ln view of the above said setttement, the lnsurance Company has agreed to deposit the above agreed arnount within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Award, after deducting the amount that was deposited, if any. ln the event of defautt or delay in making such deposit, the Appettant/petitioner/ Ctaimant is entitted to ctaim interest as awarded by the Tribunat.
