It is further stated thar the name of the petitioners' vendor has been mutated in all the revenue records and pattadar pass book bearing No.T05O9OO20l2T uide Khata No.437 has been issued in her favour under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the ROR Act, 2020"1. It is further stated that the petitioners have made an online application, dated 10.07.2024 seeking for mutation of their names in the revenue records and consequential issuance of e- p:rttadar passbooks in their favour under the provisions of the R()R Act. 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioners has vehementlll contended that the vendor of the petitioners have already issued e-pattadar passbook under the provisions of the ROR Act,2O2O and the entries made in the pattadar passbook are only compilation of the survey numbers and the accounts for the extent being mentioned in a particular village and therefore, it does not take away the right of the petilioners in any manner unless the entries in the revenue records are corrected by following due procedure.
