3. With the consent of learned counsel for the pafties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners are illiterates and labourers in Dubbagudem Village, Kasipet, Mancherial District and respondent Nos.2 to 4 acquired their lands for.the purpose of Kalyani Khani Open Case project, in Mandannri area, Dubbagudem ? Viltage, Kasipei, Mancherial District. However, rr:spondents have not extended RehabLlitation and Resettlement (R&R) benefits. At that stage, petitioners l-rar e subrnitted representations before respondetrt Nos.2 and 3, dated 01.04.7.024, 26.02.2024 and. 29.02.2024, requesting them to extend Rehabil itation and Resettlement (R&R) benefits under the provisions of thc Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act,2013 (Act 30 of 2013) as well as under G.O.Ms.No.68, dated 08.04.2025.Inspite of the same, respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not taken any steps to consider the same, without any reas f,ns. a

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of respective parties and without going into the merits of the case, this Clourt deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, 3 with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations submirted by the petitioners dated 01.04.2024,26.02.2024 and 29.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after taking into consideration of the provisions of the Act 30 of 2013 as well as G.O.Ms.No.68, dared 08.04.2025, within a period of eight (g) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice and oppotunity to the petitioners and respondent Nos.5 and 6. 7 With the above direction, the Writ petition is disposed of.
