It is stated that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the agriculture land admeasuring Acs. 2.O guntas in Survey No.4l0/U, situated at Kachirajugudem Village, Khammam Rural Mandal, Khammam District (for short, the subject propertyJ, having succeeded the same from his father. It is further stated that the petitioner was not issued pattadar passbook in respect of the subject property. It is further stated that the petitioner has applied for issuance of digital passbook through Dharani Portal as his survey number is missing in the Dharani portal. It is further stated that the revenue authorities have failed to mutate the name of the petitioner in respect of the subject property. It is further stated that the petitioner has made Dharani application uide No.24OOO44947 d,ated 2 , CVBR,J W.P.No.6585 of 2O25

22.06.2024 before the respondents for inclusion o1. his missing survey number and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of the subject property The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application of the petitioner was rejected by the 2no respondent without issuing aly notice and withor-rt assigning any reasons for rejection. Hence, the writ petition.

3. Consiriered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for responde't Nos l to 5 and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed at the adraission stage.

This Court has carefully examined the impugned order rejecting the appiication su bmitted for data correction of the survey number and consequential isstrancc of pattadar passbook in respect of the subject propert5z to the petitioner. Except saying that the "Apprication for passbook Data Correction 24OOO44947 is rejected by Collector,,, no valid reasons whatsoever have bcen assigned to enable the petitioner: to take appropriate action' Since the ilnpugned order is not in consonance wrth the principles of natural justice, the same is liabte to be set aside a,d accordingly, the same is set aside and the respondent authorities are directed to re-examine the application No.24ooo4494z dated 22.06.2024 submitted by the petitioner and if he is othenvise erigible and entitle and fulfirs .[ the requirements mentioned in cc,-A's circular No. 1 of 2o2r, dated 15.01.2o21 and circular I 3 CWR, J W.P.No.6585 of 2025 No.l bf 2024, dated 28.02.2024 and also the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act, 2O2O, consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (og) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5 With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of.
