It is stated that originally, the petitioner is owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.8.OO gts in Sy.No. 1/5 sitauted at Sardar Nagar Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having succeeded the same from his father Late G.S.Reddy. It is further stated that out of said extent of land, the petitioner sold an extent of Ac. 1-O0 gts in Sy.No.1/5 situated at Sardar Nagar Village and the petitioner continues to be owner and possessor of remaining extent of Ac.7.0O gts of land. It is the case of the petitioner that when third parties tried to interfere with his possession and enjoyment over the subject land, he made F-line application, dated

24.O8.2O24 seeking to conduct survey, demarcation and sub-division of the subject land and acting on the said application, respondent No.4 has issued notice vide No.F/35 12024 daLed 18.11.2024 to conduct survey and demarcation on O2.I2.2O24 but on the said date, the respondent-authorities failed to conduct survey. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after issuing the said notice dated 18. 11.2024, the respondent authorities are not conducting the survey and demarcation of the subject land. It is ser.tl::<l l;ru, that the Survey Department has the iruthority to conduct s Ll I'v,l i, and demarcate lands in accordar cc vith the provisions of tlre '[':langana Land Revenue Act, 13 ] 7 Fasli (Act No. VIII of 1317 F'a.;li) the Telangana Survey and Bounclarit:s Ar:t, 1923, and the Rul:s liamed thereunder. The Government hari issued various circula's ; pecifying the conditions for con<lucting surveys, particularly I,- L,irr: (field measurement) surveys. Inr lividuals requesling suclt s;rtrveys are required to submit spe,:ilic documents, -, 3 and if the conditions stipulated in the circulars are fulfilled, the survey and boundary fixation may be conducted. The Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, exercising powers under the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, issued relevant circulars from time to time vide Rc.No.N I /6543/99, dated 25.07.2OO1, Rc.No.Nl / 1408/07, dated I3.OZ .2OOZ, and Rc.No.N2/1741/2OIO, dated 18.05.2010 stipulating the conditions for conducting survey of private lands..

In view of the above, this Court deems it appropriate to d.ispose of this writ petition directing the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to conduct survey and demarcation by frxing boundary stones to the land admeasuring Ac.7-00 guntas in Sy.No.l/S, situated at Sardar Nagar Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in pursuance of the notice vide No.F/35 /2024 dated 18.11.2024, after issuing notices to all the persons interested and adjacent pattadars and after considering their objections, if any. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
