2. Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent No.4 in receiving, registering and releasing of the document dated

16.01.2025 presented by the petitioners in respect of an open residentia-l plot, admeasuring to an extent of Ac.2O7.6l Sq.Yards, situated in Sy.No.99 (99/E as per pahani), situated at Rekurthy Village and Grarn Panchayath, within the limits of Karimnagar Municipal Corporation, the petitioners filed the present writ petition.

In vieu, of the above made submissions coupled with the provision under Section 71 of the Act, t9Og, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Registering Authority to receive, rcgister ald release the subject do<;ument, subject to the petitioners complying with the provisions of the Act, 1908 as well as the Indian Stamp Act, 1g99 It will be open to the Registering Authority to refuse the document \ \ 3 SK, ./ wP-6s95_2025 presented before him, if he has any objection, by duly assigning reasons in support of such decision and communicate the said decision to the petitioners. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case as to the entitlement of the petitioners to get the subject document registered.
