The petitioner filed the writ petition seeking the following relief : "... to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents disconnecting the electricity connection Nos.010106810, 010116751, 010116800, Ol0tl6752 and 010110091 of the petitioner's house without issuing any notice or bill as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unreasonable and contrary to principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to reconnect electricity con nection/meter Nos 010106810, 010116751, 010116800, 010116752 and 010110091 of the petitioner's house duly considering the representation of the petitioner dated 01-03-2025 in the interest ofjustice and pass...". The case of the petitioner in brief, is that the petitioner is the owner of H.No.9-10-3/1, Artel Veedhi, Gadwal, Siddipet District and rn the year 2015, the petitioner had given the said house to Shradha Vocational College on rent by entering into an agreement and thereafter cancelled the said agreement on

20.t2.2O77. On 28.02.2025 the respondent authorities disconnected the electricity power supply to the subject house due to non-payment of electricity charges of Rs.1,70,000/-/. The petitioner made representations dated 28.O4.2023,

30.08.2023 and sought for information and particulars about the payments assued by the petitioner to the electricity department. however, the petitioner was not informed through any written notice or bill about the consumption charges outstanding against the petitioner or the arrears of electricity dues to be paid by the petitioner. The petitioner submitted representdtion dated

01.03.2025 to the respondent authorities for restoration of electricity supply to the subject house. However, the same was not considered. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. I -) wP 6452 2025 The learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing 4. on behalf of respondents places on record the bill dated 03.03.2025 and the same indicates the total amount due to be paid by the petitioner is Rs'1'68'363/- whicli is exclusive of not only the present consumption charges but also the arrears of electricity dues outstanding against the petitioner' 5, The learned counsel aPPearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that upon the electricity department particulars pertaining to the outstanding dues pending against the petitioner' the petitioner would clear the entire amount within one week from the date of receipt of the order and the respondents shall forthwith restore electricity supply to the petitioner's house bearing No'9-10-3/1' Artel Veedhi, Gajwel, SiddiPet District' furnishing -the 6 Takinq into consideration: (a) The aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, (b) The submissions of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned It -l \vP 6452-20); Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondents, The rvrit petition is disposed of directing the respondents to furnish all the particulars pertaining to the outstanding electricity consumption charges due against the petitioner's subject house bearing No.9-1O- 3/1, Artel Veedhi, Gajwel, Siddipet District forthwith and the petitioner is directed to clear the said outstanding dues within one (1) week from the said intimation being furnished to the petitioner by the respondents. The respondents are directed to restore the etectricity supply to the petitioner's house bearing No.9-1O-3/1, Artel Veedhi, Gajwel, Siddipet District forthwith upon the petationer making payment of existing consumption charges and the arrears of amount.
