3. Learned counsel representing petitioners submits that the counsel on record has been elevated as Assistant Government Pleader before this Court' However' he seeks \ ( to grant one more opportunity to the petitioners to approach this Court. 1-.- J -

On the other hand, iearned Assistant Government Pleaders for Revenue and Endowments Department in voice submits that cause in the Writ petition does not survive as the auction has not been taken place and none came forward to bid and in the meanwhile the petitioners and rushed to this Court at a premature they seek to dismiss the Writ petition as stage. Hence, mrsconceived infructuous.
5. Recording the 'submissions made by learned counsel representing petitioners, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
