2. Mr. R. Laxmikanth Reddy' learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for I lome, basing on the rvt itten instructions dated 03 03 2025' submitted that on rhe compraint dated 01.02.2025 lodged by the petitioner which was received by respondent No'4 on 06'02'2025 through registered post' an entry was made in the ceneral Diary and enquiry was caused' During the course of enquiry' respondent No'4 deputed staff and tried to secure the presence of the petitioner at the given address but he was not available. Moreover, respondent No.4 called the petitioner over mobile number but there was no response' It is submitted that as and when the petitioner approaches respondent No'4' necessary action will be taken' It is turther submirted that the petitioner earlier l0dged complaint dated 20.Ol.2L25with respondent No 4' Pursuant thereto' entry was made in the ; r ) General Diarl and after thorough enquiry, the case u'as closed as 'civil rn nature' and the sarne was intimated to the petitioner through te:(t message.

3. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No.4 with necessary infomation/ evidence in support of his complaint. On receipt of the same, respondent No.4 shall take necessary action in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari v' Governntent of U'Pr' There shall be no order as to costs.
