2. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is directed against the order dated 30.12.2024 in I.A. No. 1284 of 2024 in O.S. No.St t of 2024 on the hle of V Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District whereby the Court below had granted an order of status quo until further orders.

3. The appellants herein are the respondents/defendants in the suit filed by the respondents herein to cancel the registered Development Agreement-cum-GPA dated 02.03.2O15 in respect of the suit schedule property.

4. Though it is contended on behalf of the appellants that the Court below ought not to have granted an order of status quo when it had Iiled his counter in the I.A, it is seen from the record that while the order of sta'as Eto was passed on 3O.I2.2O24, the appellants herein had filed the counter in the ) I.A. only on 1O.O2.2025 which is subsequent to the Court below passing the aforesaid order. 5. Since, the appellants have filed counter to the I.A, this Court is of the view that without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Court below is to be directed to dispose of the I.A. on its merits, after hearing both sides. 6.
