Upon perusa of the records, it appears that the original suit itself is that of the year 2020 and the aforesaid two I.As., !v(:r(: also filed in thesameyear.Troughmorethanfive(05)yearshav(rlapsed,the aforesaid LAs., h;,r,e not been decided and each day the development that is taking pl;'ce in the suit schedule property is c'ausing much detriment to the tetitioners. Therefore, the petitione's l'ave filed the present Revision r,ereking for an appropriate direction to the Trial court for an expeditious rlecision of I.As.

4. Upon due consideration of the facts and circumstances' this Court does not find any good reason available on record for the Trial Court in not deciding the aforesaid two I.As. expeditiously in spite of five (05) years having lapsed' Accordingly, the instant Revision stands disposed of directing the Trial Court to ensure that the two I'As' are duly consideredinaccordancewithlawasexpeditiouslyaspossible' preferably within a period of sixty (60) days from the next date of hearing.
