Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are owners and possessors of different extents of house properties situated at Main Road, Vemulawada Town & Mandal, Raianna Sircilla District. Respondents No'2 and 3 issued the impugned notification under Section 19(1) of the Act on

21..01..2025, pursuant to which, the petitioners submitted detailed representations/objections befote respondents No.2 to 4- authorities questioning the said notificarion as illegal

5. Learned counsel further submitted that respondent No'2 issued letter dated 31..01,.2025 directing respondent No'3 to =na.'-*= 3 consider ihe representations/objections submitted by the petitionels and take necessaly action as per the norms and submit cornpliance report after indmation t,t the petitioners. In spite of dre same, respondent No.3 has not taken any stcps to considcr t,ee same.
