No.7 f 7/9, siruatecl It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.O.0g guntas in Sy.No.668/k; Acs.2.30 guntas in sy.No.672l2; Ac.0.O3 guntas in Sy.No.677l3; Acs.2.O9 gunras in Sy.No.698; Ac.O.03 guntas in Sy.No.7139; Ac.0. 15 guntas in Sy.No.835c; Ac.0.O3 guntas in Sy.No.837/tr; Ac.O.O3.5 guntas in Sy.No.838/c and Ac.d.32 at Ramaraopalli Esala Revenue Village, palakurthi Mandai, peddapally District. I t is further stated that the name of the petitioner is recorded as pattadar in the revenue records and pattadar passbook uide patta No.699 was issued in his favour under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and pattAdar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short ,.the ROR Act, I97 l"l and was also issued e-pattadar passbook under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act,2O2O (for short "the ROR Act, 2O2O") uide passbook No.T20090100332 (Khata No.699). It is further stated that in the digital pattadar passbook, the extent of land admeasuring Ac.O.32 guntas in Sy.No.717/9 was recorded as Ac.O.22 guntas and therefore, he 1 2 CVBR. J wp 619 t 2025 made online application, dated 15.04.2024 for seeking data correction and consequential issuance of amended pattadar passbook but the same was rejected without assigning any reasons.
2. Considered the submissions o[ the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistan t Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos' 1 to 4 and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage. l,earned counsel for the pctitioner has vehemently 3. contended that issuance of e-pattadar passbooks is only a consequential act of carrying the entries which have already been made under the provisions of the ROR Act, 1971' Learned counsel further submitted that the entries made in the pattadar passbook are only compilation of the survey numbers and the accounts for the extent being mentioned in a particular village' Therefore, it does not take away the right of the petitioner in any manner unless the entries in the revenue records have been corrected by following due procedure.

Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, has submitted that the petitioner has not submitted ., CVIIR, J Wp 6191 2025 online application in the prescribed lormat through Dharani Web Portal. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that, il the petitioner makes online applicafion in Dharani Web Portal, the said application would be considered by the respondent authorities.
5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has submittecl that the petitioner had already submitted Dharani online application No.250OOl429O, dated O6.03.2025 seeking for passbook data correction. In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it
0. appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondent authorities to examine the online application No.25OOO14290, dated 06.03.2025 submitted by the petitioner seeking for passbook data correction and if the said application has complied with al1 the requirements of the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O and also the circular instructions issued by CCLA uide circular No. 1 o[ 2O2l, dated l5.OI.2O2l and Circular No.l of 2024, dated 28.02.2024 consider the same and pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 1, I I 4 --ii (]VBR, J Wp 6191 2025 .1. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
