2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 lo 3 in the Calendar Case registered for the offences punishable under {iections 120-B, 1g2, 211, 153 read with Section 34 of lndian penal Cod,:. 1g60 and Section 125 of the Representation of the people Act, 195.,l .
3. Heard Mr.Mohammed Salman Khan, learncd counsel for the petitioners, [\4r.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learnerl Additional public Prosecutor, representing the respondent No..l-State e nd t\/r.Abinoy David Samuel, learned counsel for the respondent No.2/de-laclo complainant.

Pending this petition, the parties have entered into the compromise, and, accordingly, they moved l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 with the prayer to permit them to enter into compromise and by recordirrg the setilement to 2 NTR, l,-1.Nar J and 10i2025 itland Crl.P.\rt 29 j0 af 202i quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos l to3in C.C.No.23 o12021

This Court vide order dated 03'03'2025 referred the parties to the HighCourtLegalservicesCommitteeforidentificationandtoverifythe voluntariness in arriving the settlement The Secretary' High Court Legal Services Committee' has submitted report dated 11 '032025 stating that the parties were identified by their respective counsel and also on verification of Aadhar Cards/ldentity Cards and the enquiries revealed that the parties have willfully and without coercion entered into settlemenUcomPromlse' 6 I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the materials on record

Having considered the allegations' the charged offences and taking into account the amicable settlement between the parties and to restore peace among them, in the light of the dictums in Gian Singh v' State of Puniab and anotherl and Anil Mishra v' State of U'Pz; State of Madhya Pradesh v.
