2. This application under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) has been filed seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties'

3. Admittedly, the parties had entered into Agreement for Sale dated 25.09.2019. Clause P of the aforesaid Agreement contains arbitration clause, which is extracted below for the facility of reference: "Any dispute arising between the parties hereto with respect to arry matter under this agreement or touching upon the meaning construction of interpretation of any of the clauses herein' shall be referred to an albitrator as per the law of arbitration, which may be in force ald applicable. The venue of Arbitration and Jurisdiction for all purposes shall be Hyderabad alone'" ii2i i 4 The app,licant got issued a legal notice to the respondents on 09.05.20113 and the same has failed to evoke any response.

5. Learned counsel for the parties jointly subrnit that the disputes had arisen between the parties ald th erefore, the arbitrator be appointed to adjudicate the disputes cetween the parties. It is further submitted that in similar circumstances orders are passed in Arb.App.No.22l of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 ald the leanted counsel seeks similar orders mav he passed in this applicatirtn. The relevant portion of the orde r passed in Arb.App.No,2'.>.1 of 2024 is extracted hereunder: "5.
