It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Standinq Counsel appearing on brehalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present Writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this (lourt dated 12.02.2025 passed in W.p.
