Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel appear-ng on behalf of petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Energy, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Sri G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing on behalf of respondent No.8. 2 The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS deciaring the action of the respondents in not processing the appllcation of the petitioner to provide for 12 Domestic Connections, total Domestic Contract Load of 60000 watts vide Reg' No' LTM256490007 connection to the petitioner in respect of the property, Plot No. 702, H'No. 4-19/L7, in Survey No'78 (Part), admeasuring 300 sq. yards, situated at Gokul Plots, Venkataramana Colony. Hafeezpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State and bounded by North : 701; South: Plot No'703,; 2 .r!*{s SN, J \\t 62-50 2025 East: 30'\(ide Road, West: Plot No.716. It is represented by the learned counsel apoearing on 3. behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standinq Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present Writ petition is squarely coveri:d by the order of thi:; Court dated 12.02.2025 passed in W.P. No.4056 of 2025 and hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of ther aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissaons put forth by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.z to 7, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the petitioner to make a fresh application within one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order along with all the relevant documents as mandated under the rules and on receipt of such application with all the relevant documents, the respondents; shall consider the said application filed by the petitioner, seeking to provide Twelve (12) Domestic -) 3 SN, J \YP 6250 2025 Gonnections, Total Domestic Load of 6OOOO watts vide Reg.
