VENUGOPAL I.A.Nos.l and2 of 2025 IN/AND CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1766 OF 2013 COMMON ORDER:- The present revision is filed questioning the judgment, dated 22.08.2013 passed in Cr1.A.No.46l of 2072 on the file of the IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, conltrming the conviction and sentence imposed against the revision petitioner in C.C.No.28O ot 2021, dated 07.05.2O12 t:y the XI Special Magistrate, Hyderabad.
2. Heard Mr.Pawan Kumar Agarwal, learned counsel for thc petitioner, Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State and Mr.Potta Tarrn Patel, learned counsel for respondent No.2.

During the course of hearing, both the learned counscl submit that petitioner and respondcnt No.2 have compromised the matter and accordingly, I.A.Nos. 1 and 2 of 2O25 are filecl seeking permission of this Court to compound the offence registered against him for the offence under Section 138 ol the \ i 2 'ni .,i: Negotiablc Instruments Act, 188 1 and to record the 5 compromrse

Or-r 17.I2.2O24, thc petitioner and respondent No.2 are present and they were identified by their counscl and this Court directed the petitioner to deposit 57o of the settled zrmount ie., Rs.5,O00/- to the credit of Telangana Statc Legal Services Committee and other St'/o ie., Rs.5,0OO/- to the credit of Telangana Advocates Association, to record the terms of compromisc between the partics and to tile Lhc reccipts.
