The State of Andhra Pradesh, rep by its Public Prosecutor, High court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the state of Telangana and the state of Andhra Pradesh. Respondent/Complainant Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioner/Accused on bail pending investigation, inquiry and trial in Crime No. 03 of 2018 of lchapuram Town Police Station, Srikakulam District. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memo of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D Purnachandra Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Public Prosecutor (AP) for Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2213 OF 20'18 ORDER This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for grant of bail to the petitioner, who is the sole accused, in Crime No.3 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, ltchapuram Town Police Station, Srikakulam District. The offence alleged is under Section 307 of l.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is languishing in jail since 13.01 .20'18, and material part of the investigation is completed. Learned counsel further submits that the in.iured also got discharged from the hospital.

Learned Public Prosecutor does not refute the said submissions of the petitioner's counsel.

Hence, considering the above, this Court opines that this is a fit case for grant of barl to the petitioner/accused. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/accused is directed to be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,0001 (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sompeta, Srikakulam District. Further, the petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Itchapuram Town Police Statlon, once in a week /.e., on every Monday in between 10:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
