GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following; ORDER I HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V, BHASXAR REDDY trrRIT PETITION No.6O39 of 2O2S ORDER: .It is stated that the father of the petitioner by name Parvathi Narayana was the owner and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Acs.9.16 guntas in Sy.No.362/e9, situated at Kadthal Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is further stated that the name of the petitioner's father was recorded in all the revenue records as pattadar and pattadar passbook No.TOS100117970 uide Khata No.3248 was also issued in his favour under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O"l. It is further stated that the petitioner's father died ot 07.12.2019 and during his lifetime, he received various incentives sanctioned by the Government as investment subsidy for cultivation of the said land. The grievance of the petitioner is that after the death of the father of the petitioner, the subject land has been notifred in the list of prohibited properties and even though he made online application No.240O025592, dated 11.12.2024 seeking deletion of the subject property from the list of prohibited properties and also granting of Pouthi Izafa and consequential amendment of revenue records and 2 CVBR, J wp_6039 2025 issuance of the e-pattadar pass book, the respondents are not considering the same. Hence the Writ petition.

2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 5 and with their consent. this writ petition is being disposed at the admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently contended that issuance of e-pattadar passbook is only a consequential act of carrying the entries which have already been made under the provisions of the Act 9 of 2O2O and the entries made in the pattadar passbook are only compilation of the survey numbers and the accounts lbr the extent being mentioned in a particular village and therefore, the respondents are not having any power or authority to noti$r the subject land in the list of prohibited properties.

In view of the above submissions ald since it is stated that the petitioner has already made an application, dated 1 1.12.2024, seeking to denoti$r the subject property from the list of prohibited properties, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met if the respondent authorities are directed to examine I I I I I I I , CVBR, J Wp_6039_2025 the said application and i-f the said application complies with the provisions of the Act 9 of 2O2O and also the aforesaid circular instructions issued by the CCLA and pass an appropriate order and communicate the sa-rne to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
