3. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the husband of the petitioner-Sri. Naitham Ramu is the absolute owner and possessor of the agricultural land in Sy.No.23, admeasuring Ac.l.24 guntas, situated at Utnoor Village and District, having purchased the same from one Avula Mallu through urrregistered sate deed dated 17.04.1957. It is further the case of the petitioner that since the year lg77_78 and onwards, name of the owner of the subject land is wrongly mentioned in the revenue records. Despite repeated representat ions, the respondent authorities failed to correct these errors and issue a pattadar passbook to the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

The limited relief as prayed for by the petitioner in the present wril_ petition is a direction to the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5 to take action on petitioner,s representation dated 06.01.2025 for issuance of pattadar passbook of the petitioner in respect of the agricultural Iand in Sy.No.23 admeasuring Ac.I.24 guntas situated at Utnoor Village and Mandal, Adilabad District. i: l i f 3- 3 SN.
