2. Heard Mr. Ramu Nallamothu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-III for respondent Nos.1 to 6

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.05.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents. I

Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. t t However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficia ries.

5. Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release and pay the admitted Pending Final payment of Gratuity Bill Amount of Rs.7,73,850/- vide STO Token No.2574722643, dated 20.06.2024 and Gratuity Bill Amount of Rs.4,B7,BB2/- vide STO Token No.2574722644, dated 20.06.2024, Commutation Bill Amount of Rs.8,06,932l- vide STO Token No.2514722646, dated 20.06.2024 and Commutation Bill Amount of Rs.5,08,739l- dated 20.02.2024 and Final ELs and Half Pay Leave Encashment Bill Amount of Rs.9,33,577/- vide STO Token No.25I3755793, dated 13.06.2024 and GPF Bill Amount of Rs.9,42,706/- vide STO Cheque/Token No.2523212588, dated 79.1I.2024 and AP GLI Bill Amount of Rs.2,57,8541- vide STO Cheque No.25L9752468, dated 19.0.7.2024, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (B) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
