3. Learned counser for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 30.09.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficia ries. ( (

Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release and pay the admitted Pending Final payment of Gratuity Bill Amount of Rs.12,06,803/- vide STO Token No.2SZ3g7Og57, dated t4.02.2025 I I and Gratuity Bill Amount of Rs.3,93,197l- vide STO Token No.2532970982, dated 14.02.2025 and Commutation Bill Amount of Rs.16,07,837/- vide STO Token No.2523970996, dated 14.02.2025 and Commutation Bill Amount of Rs.5,23,860/- vide STO Token No.2523971011, dated 14.02.2025 and Finat ELs and Half pay Leave Encashment Bill Amount of Rs.13,93,775/- vide STO Token No.2523151956, dated 12.71.2024, EL Surrender Leave Bill Amount oF Rs.L,43,099/- vide STO Token No.2S224LO23I, dated
