BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6132 of 2O25 ORDER: It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0.05 guntas in Sy.No.64la4l 1, situated at Bhulkapur Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having acquired the same from his father. It is further stated that his name has been mutated in ali the revenue records and pattadar pass book No.248S75 uide Patta No.226 has been issued in his favour under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 7971 (for short "the ROR Act, 7971") and the Rules made thereunder. It is further stated that when the petitioner was not issued e-pattadar passbook under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks \ct, 2O2O (for short "the ROR Act, 2O2O"l, he has submitted online application uide No.30T362800005316, dated
04.06.2024 seeking for issuance of e-pattadar passbook with data correction in respect of the aforesaid lands. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the said application, the respondent authorities are not considering the same for issuance of e-pattadar pass book. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent' this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage ' Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently ' 3 contended that issuance of e-pattadar passbook is only a consequential act of carrying the entries which have already been made under the provisions of the ROR Act' l97l ' karned counsel further submitted that the entries made in the pattadar passbook are only compilation of the survey numbers and the accountsfortheextentbeingmentionedinaparticularvillage, and therefore, it does not take away the right of the petitioner in any manner unless the entries in the revenue records are corrected by following due procedure'

Sri L.Ravinder, Iearned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed about Lhe submission of the Dharani application and it is stated that if the petitioner fulfils all the the application submitted bY authorities will consider the requirements, the resPondent same. 1 ., CVBR, J Wp 6132 2025
5. In view of the above submissions, this Court, without going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to examine petitiofier's application uide No.3OT3628000053i6, dated
04.06.2024 and if the petitioner satisfied all the requirements for issuance of e-pattadar pass book under the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O and the circular instructions issued by CCLA uide Circular No. I of 2O21, dated 15.Ol.2O2l and CircularNo.l of 2024, dated 28.02.2024, consider the same and if the petitioner is otherwise not entitled for issuance of e-pattadar passbook, the respondent authorities shall pass a redsoned order strictiy in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 7 . As a. sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
