The case of the petitioners, in brief, is that the original alignment for raying a 33 KV high-tension rink rine was approved by the Gram panchayat, and the respondents initially sterrted laying the line accordingly. However, under the influence of local political leaders and landowners, the respondents changed the alignment and are now trying to lay the line through the petitioners, land in Sy.No. 101, rjituated at Narasanapally Village, Kamareddy Mandal, Kamareddy District. Despite the petitioners obtaining a favorable order from this Court in W.p.No.19752 of 2022, the respondents are now trying to ray the high-tension rink rine through the petitioners' land.
