2. Petitioner is resident of H.No.a_4_412 /2, Erragadda, Hyderabad. Respondent Nos.6 to 1O are his immediate neighbours. They are making unauthorized construction. Therefore, petitioner has submitted a representation dated 24.01.2025 to respondent Nos.3 and 5 with a request to take action against respondent Nos.6 to 10. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said representation, they have not acted upon the same. Therefore, aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent Nos.3 and 5, petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Whereas, Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4, on , instructions, would submit that 3.a respondent will consider the representation dated 24.O1.2025 submitted by the petitioner, inspect the site and if the allegations made by the petitioner are found to be correct, he shall take action against respondent Nos.6 to 1O strictly in accordalce with the procedure laid down in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 by putting the petitioner and respondent Nos.6 to 1O on notice ald affording them an opportunity of hearing. + In the light of the said submission, notice to respondent Nos.6 to 10 is dispensed with. 5 In the light of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed ol- directing 3.d respondent to consider the representation dated 24 .O I .2025 and inspect the site and if the ailegations made by the petitioner are found to be correct, he shall take action against respondent Nos.6 to 1O strictly in accordalce with the procedure laid down in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 by putting the petitioner and respondent Nos.6 to lO on notice ald affording them an opportunity of hearing.
