Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.5 filed a Memo in which he states that thc u'rit petition is hled by suppressing the material facts whictr amounts to piaying fraud on the Court, no\ / by virtuc of ndthdrawal the said contemptuous action, is now trying to tre evaded. If this Court permits such withdrawal, the l)ast conduct of petitioner will be repeated by liling fresh writ petitions with dillerent set of facts and further mislead th is Cotrrt.
