Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-I, appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that the orders passed in w.p.M.p.No.3977 of 2ot7 in w.P.No.3345 of 2017, dated ol.o2.2oL7 had been comptied with, and to that effect, he has placed on record written instructions issued vide Rc.No.A1 /2722/2oLg, dated 06.L2.202s. He further submits that no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. 4- In view of the above submissions, the Writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
