BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.58 55 of 2O2s ORDER This writ petition is filed seeking to deciare the action of the respondent authorities in rejecting the petitioner,s application No-24oo762397 seeking for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.19 guntas in Sy.No.53a l2 and Ac.0.34 guntas in Sy.No.54bl3, situated at Rompikunta Village, Kamanpur Mandal, peddalaili District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently prayed for other appropriate reliefs. I

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.O. 19 guntas in Sy.No.S3a /2 and, Ac.0.34 guntas in Sy.No.54bl3, situated at Rompikunta Village, Kamanpur Mandal, peddapalli District having succeeded the same from his father. It is further stated that the father of the petitioner by name Edunuri Gattaiah @ Gajjelli Gattaah has acquired the said property from his father Edunuri chinnaiah and his name was mutated in the revenue records . uide proceedings No.B/1098/2O13, dated 13.O9.2O13 and he was issued pattadar passbook and title deed uide patta No.1015. It is further stated that after the death of the father of the 2 CVBR. J wp s855 2025 petitioner, all the family members have executed no objection affidavit for mtrtation of the petitioner,s name in l.he revenue records and therelore, the petitioner made an application No.24OO762397 seekrng for mutation of his name in the revenue records and the same was rejected without assigning any reasons.

3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Ciovernment Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4 and with their conscnt, this writ petition is being disposed at the admission stage. /

4. This Court has carefully examined the impugned order rejectinf the application submitted for issuance of e-pattadar pass book. Except saying that the succession application is rejected by RDO, no valid reasons whatsoever have been assigned to enable the petitioner to take appropriate action. Since the impugned order is not in consonance with the principles of natural justice, the same is iiabie to be set aside and accordingly, the same is set aside and the respondent authorities are directed to re-examine the application No.24OO762397 submirted by the petitioner and if he is -rry 3 CVBR, J Wp 5855 2025 otherwise eligible and entitle and fulhl all the requirements mentioned in CCLA's circular No.l of 2021, d,ated lS.Ol .2O2I and Circular No.I of 2024, dated 28.02.2024 and also the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O, consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petirioner, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
