In view thereof. this Court deems it fit and proper to direct respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders on the prc,posals 1br passing of the bills proposed by respondents No.S to l(l within a 2 TMOJ wp_5119 2025 period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, respondent No.2 shall release the bills to the petitioners within a period of ten (10) days thereafter.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
