3. vide order dated 01.12.2025, this court directed the parties along with their respective counser to appear before the secretary, High court Legar services committee, High court for the state of rerangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report.

4. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this court, the parties have appeared and the secretary, High court Legar services committee, has identified the parties ancJ submitted a report, dated 04.12.2025 and the same is praced on record.
