The SECOND PARTY through his legal counsel in lndia, agrees to futty cooperate in thisproces.s, inctuding signing att required documents and appearing before the concerned court as tegdttly requiretd. Both parties commit to filing all relevant and appropriate paperwork with the lndian court provided the judgement has been entered in Sanfa Clara and CriminalCase No. 2827.,of 2021 has been withdrawn/quashed/dismissed within the reasonabte period of timeframe to effectuate this conversion to mutual consent divorce.
