Learned counsel for the petitioner further subrnits that as per ttreguidelineNo.T(iv)oftheG.o.Ms.No.80,dated03.o7.2024'the competent authority may obtain up to Iive options of the preferential place of transfers from the employees in the prescribed profoma in Annexure-Il. As such, the respondent No'2 issued orders d'ated' 27.07 -2024, transferring the petitioner to PHC' Geeslkonda, Warangal District and irnmediately, the next day respondent No.2 issued proceed'ings No'ROC'7253/84-ll'E/Z- lV/2024, dated. 28.07.2024 by transferring the petitioner to Kambalpally, Mahabubabad District' Consequently' the petitioner without stating any reasons, obeyed the transfer orders dated 2a.O7.2Cl24 issued by respondent No'2 and joined in the duty at I -,.--{ PHC, Kambalpally, Mahabubabad District and is cont inr.ring, there as of today. : \ tt,4.o9.2024, Learned co unsel for t.l.e petitioner further s,brnits t].at the 4 ' petitioner, along with nine other pharmacists Grade_ll working at different places, were suljscted to transfers without considering prefeiential pla<:.s opted for. They fired a joint representation on 18.09.2024, to modifz the posting orders and approached this Court, challenging the transfer orders. In complianr:e with the orders passe<l b:r, this Court, respondent No.2 issued proceedings in Rc.No.SpL/(ieneral/Tralsfers/2024, directing all the petitioners to appear before him orders were pass,:d in their favour. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that respondent No.2, ought to have considered joint representation dated 18.o9 -2024, wherein the petitioner,s nanne was a-rso included along with other Persons, who approached this Court. Elut, so far, l}re respondenl No.2 has not considered the case ol. the petitioner. 6. Per contrct, learned Government pleader appearing on behalf of respondents sutrrnits tI. at the persons who got order.s in their favour' have appr.ached this court in ti:ne whereas the petitioner did not approach this Court in time. Therefore, the respondent auttrorities ma5r r'3 directed to consider the joint repre sentation arld modified ry T) subrnitted by the petitioner on L8.O9.2O24, and pass appropriate orders in accordalce with Iaw.

Having regard to the submission made by learned counsel appearing on either side, without going into the rnerits of the case, . respondent authorities are directed to consider the joint representation submitted by tl.e petitioner on 18.09.2O24 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
