The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the petitioner is running education business in the name and Style of "M/s.Fly High Institute", which is located on the second floor of Diamond Towers, Khairtabad, Hyderabad. Since there is a dispute between the petitioner and the owner of the premises, Mohd Ahmed Ali, regarding rent, the owner of the petitioner disconnected the power supply of the petitioner institute with malicious intent, despite no pending bills. The petitioner, vide detailed representations dated 18.11.2024 addressed to the respondent No.3 herein, and dated 25.1L.2024 addressed to the respondent No.2 herein, requested the concerned authorities to provide the electricity connection under non domestic category to the subject property i.e., premises No.202, Second Floor, Diamond Towers, Building No.6-2_9g3, beside Shadan College, Khairtabad, Hyderabad, with all the \ , I J SN, J wP 5761 2025 requisite documents and the petitioner's applications had been registered as NR304244139050 dated 04'09'2024, subsequent to petitioner making an online payment of Rs.2,275/-, however, no action had been taken on petitioner's representations dated tB.lL.2O24 and 25.11'2024 and no orders had been passed on petitioner's application dated

04.0g.2024 as on date. Aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits that the respondent Nos'2 and 3 may be directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated LB.ll'2024 and 25.11.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner dated 04.0g.2024 seeking electricity service connection to the petitioner's premises, within a reasonable period'
