The oetitioner aDDroac ed the Court seekino Draver as under: "... to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 7 in not processing the application of the Petitioner to provide for 13 Domestic Connections, total Domestic Contract Load of 65000 Watts, vide Reg. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to ;7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 05.02.2025 passed in W.P, No.3207 of 2025, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. 4 T kino into consider ation: a) The facts and circumstances of the case and, b) The submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5, The Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage in similar lines, directing the petitioner to make a fresh application to the respondents, within a period of 3 SN, J wP 5608 2025 two (O2) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and on receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of .necessary electricity service connection to the subject premises of the petitioner bearing H.No.2-56/D/L23, plot Nos.122 and t2g, in Sy.No.11l31, admeasuring 1OOO Sq. yards, situated at Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, and pass appropriate orders on the said application of the petitioner in accordance to taw, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter.
