Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Energy, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, Sri. N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Sri G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing on behalf of respondent No.8.

The Detitioner aDDroac ed the Court seekino oraver as under: "...to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not processing the application of the Petitioner vide Reg. No.LTM252130018 in respect of the property, H.No.4-t732, in Survey No.BO, admeasuring 175 Sq. Yards., situated at Prem Nagar, B-Block, New Hafeezpet, Serilingampally (M), Ranga Reddy District, T.S., and bounded by North: House of D Kumar; South: House of Nandi Kanti Hrishikesh; East:20'ft Wide Road; West: House of 'yadaiah. And not providing electricity connection to the 2 SN, J \vP 5603 2025 above referred premises as illegal and arbitrary and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 05.02.2025 passed in W.P, No.3207 of 2025, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. kino into consi eration:

4.7 a) The facts and circumstances of the case and, b) The submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5, The Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage in similar lines, directing the petitioner to make a fresh application to the respondents, within a period of two (O2) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and on receipt of such application, the wP 5603 2025 respondents are directed to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of necessary electricity connection to the subject premises of the petitioner bearing H.No.4- L732, in Survey No.8O, admeasuring 175 Sq. yards., situated at Prem Nagar, B-Block, New Hafeezpet, Serilingampally (M), Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, and pass appropriate orders on the said application of the petitioner in accordance to law, . expeditiously, preferably within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter.
