The petitioner approached the Court seekino prayer as under: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 7 in not receiving the application form and release the individual service connection to the petitioner, the Plot No.273, in Survey Nos.11/11, 11/12, II/73, Part of Survey No.11, admeasuring 4t7 sq. yards situated at Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M), Under GHMC, Ranga Reddy District, T.S., bounded by North:Plot No.274; South:40' Ft. Wide I I I 1 WP 5(r 10 2025 Road; East: 30' Ft. Wide Road; West:Plot No.272., as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to receive application and to release the individual service connection without being influenced by the instructions of the Bth respondent and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest ofjustice." It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on 3. behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 07.02.2025 passed in W.p. No.3526 of 2025, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesa id order.

Takin into conside ration: a) The aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and, b) The submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the ,/ wP 5610 2025 I ea rned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7, The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file an online application seeking electricity service connection to the petationer's subject premises i.e., Plot No.273, in Sy. Nos.lL/[L, LL/L2, [Ll13, Part of Survey No.11, admeasuring 4L7 Sq. yards situated at Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Under GHMC, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and upon the petitioner making such online application within the said period as stipulated as above, the respondent Nos.2 to 7 are directed to consider the said application of the petitioner for release of the electricity power supply to the petitioner's subject property within a period of one(1) week thereafter. It is however observed that if the respondent Nos.2 to 7 pass orders on petitioner's application granting release of the electricity power supply to the petitioner's subject property, the same shall be subject to further direction 4 wP 5610 2025 that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.O9.2OL2 passed in Writ Petition No.2O4O7 of 2OO8 and batch.
