Since it is specific case of the petitioners that they have made an application to conduct survey and correct the revenue records, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, d.eems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents to examine the case of the petitioners and if the application submitted by the petitioners fulfills all the requirements the respondents are directed to conduct and conclude survey in respect of lands and if the petitioners are otherwise not eligible, pass a reasoned order within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners' 5 Withtheaboveobservations,thisWritPetitionisdisposed of.
