2. This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "to call for all the records connected. u.tith the order in case No.Fl/ 3426/ 2OO3, dated. 09-12-2003 passed bg the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddg District and quash the same bg issuing a Writ oJ'Certiorai."
3. Though the matter is listed under the caption 'specially identified cases,, even today, there is no representation on behalf of petitioners. Earlier, when the matter was called on 12.02.2025, there was a_lso no representation for the petitioners. wP.No.s216#,"N 2

Perusal of the record would reveal that petitioners herein filed WPMP No.13802 of 20O8 seeking a direction to respondent Nos. i to 28 not to make any construction or alienation of subject property. They also filed another application vide WPMP No.6806 of 2OO4 seeking stay of operation of order dated O9-12-2OO3 passed by respondent No.29. This Court, vide. order dated 1O.06.2008 dismissed both the aforesaid WPMPs' Relevant portion of the order is extracted below: If the allegation that the unofficial respondents are trying to either alienates the propertg or rqise construction, the least that is expected of the petitioners is to serue a notice on them before approaching this Court- I am of the considered uiew that the petitioners rt'tho failed to c6nuince this ?ourt to suspend the operation of order of respondent No.29, are not entitled to grant of an interim order at this stage afier a lapse of about four gears to preuent the respondents from enjoging the propertg, more particularlg in the absence of proper pleadings." / To NVSK,J W. Therefore, in view the reasons stated in the aforesaid order dated 16.06.200g passed by this Court in WpMp Nos.138O2 of 2OO8 and 6806 of 2OO4 and as there is no representation for the petitioners since several adjournments, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
