Ta kino into consideratio n: a) The aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and, b) The submissions put-forth by both the learned behalf of the petitioner and the counse! appearing Iearned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5, The writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing the petitioner to make a fresh application within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with all the relevant documents as mandated under the rules and on receipt of such application with all the relevant documents, the respondents are directed to consider the request of the 3 SN, J wP 5565 2025 petitioner for grant of necessary electricity connection as sought for by the petitioner to the subject premises of the petitioner bearing Plot No.O25, admeasuring 170 Sq. yards, Phase-I situated in Sy.No.25lP at Kancha Gachibowli Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District, Telangana State, and pass appropriate orders on the said application of the petitioner in accordance to law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter.
