Nikita Goenka, learned counset appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Energy, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, Sri. N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5 and Sri G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing on behalf of respondent No.6.

The petitioner aDDroac ed the Court seekinq Draver as under: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not processing the application dated 13.02.2025 for release of power supply to the petitioner property bearing Plot No.693 admeasuring 300 Sq. yds, situated in Survey No.11/29, Rajendranagar Taluk Khanamet Village, Rangareddy District as illegal, unjust, unlawful and consequently direct the Respondents to process the application dated 13.02.2025 and to release the service connection along with the electrical meters without I 2 wp ssqo lilii being influenced by the instructions of the 6th Respondent and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of Justice. "

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order oF this Court dated 05.02.2025 passed in W.P. No.3207 of 2025, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Takino in o consideration: a) The facts and circumstances of the case and, b) The submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counset appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5, The Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage in similar lines, directing the petitioner to make a fresh application to the respondents, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date.of receipt of the copy of I .1 SN, J wP 5540 2025 this order and on receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of necessary electricity connection to the subject premises of the petitioner bearing Plot No.693 admeasuring 3OO Sq. yds, situated in Survey No.11/29, Rajendranagar Taluk Khanamet Village, Rangareddy District, Telangana State, and pass appropriate orders on the gaid application of the petitioner in accordance to law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter.
